Preparing for marriage or navigating the demands of the corporate world can both feel like full-time jobs. I work with motivated individuals and couples who are ready to create meaningful change whether that means building a strong foundation for marriage, exploring a career shift, or simply improving their day-to-day life.

In our sessions, we’ll address the challenges that matter most to you: from aligning goals and managing conflict, to navigating workplace stress, career transitions, and life balance. I understand the pressures that come with being a working professional. I used to work in the tech space in the past before becoming a therapist. It’s interesting how many clients share similar struggles and I want you to know: you’re seen.

My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly explore tough topics, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Whether we’re planning for your wedding, mapping out your next career move, or strengthening your personal growth, our work will be tailored to your unique needs, with your feedback guiding every step.

This is about more than solving today’s problems it’s about creating a foundation for a fulfilling life and relationships that thrive in every season.
