Couples Therapy

Every relationship takes work. At Soulstice, we help to guide all parties to a place of unity, honesty, and growth. All relationship modalities are welcome! During your appointment, we’ll invite you into a safe space to air your concerns and talk about difficult topics in a calm and controlled environment. It’s okay that it can get messy.

Our professional, friendly and culturally diverse therapists provide tools to help you break down, understand and work through obstacles you and your partners face. Many times couples therapy can feel one-sided and that one partner is asking to go whereas the other might be resistant to attending. Please reach out to us and we can also assist with this process.
