About Soulstice
A practice that grows with its clinicians
Soulstice provides virtual therapy services. Our work starts from a place of acceptance, safety, and professionalism, and our goal is to help our clients and their loved ones connect, recover, and flourish.
Our sessions are an inclusive, safe space for sharing. We give clients useful, intuitive skills to lean on for support outside of our sessions.
We’re constantly growing as a private practice to suit the needs of our clients, and we’re looking for experienced clinicians to grow with us.
Good care depends on supporting the clinicians who provide it. That’s why I’m building a practice where our therapists have flexibility, room to grow, and competitive compensation.

Your voice, your message, your work
We encourage our clinicians to create video content on subjects they’re passionate about. As social media and mental health gain popularity, we want to help the next generation of therapists build their own brand identity, and bring your knowledge to people who might not have access to therapy.
We’ll guide you through the creative process, because doing anything alone can be scary.

Stipends and paid time off depend on caseload; eligibility and details are spelled out in your contract.

Full-time therapist
What you’ll do
- Provide professional weekly therapy sessions to a range of clients
- Take part in staff meetings, supervision, training, and other meetings
What you’ll need
- A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling, or a PhD or PsyD
- A license in California, Illinois, or New York is preferred (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or equivalent, PhD, or PsyD)
Nice to have
- Experience with and commitment to working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Creative, collaborative, and eager to learn all things content creation
- Interested in working with diverse populations
- Committed to growth, development, and lifelong learning as a clinician
- Looking to carry a full-time caseload
- Hungry for constructive feedback
