How soulstice.io uses analytics and cookies, what we receive when you contact us, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website. It’s separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we protect your health information as a client.
Soulstice Marriage and Family Therapy Professional Corporation (“Soulstice Therapy,” “we,” “us”) runs soulstice.io. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
How people use the site. We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use soulstice.io: which pages are viewed, how people arrive (for example, from a search), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location such as city or region. We use this to improve the site. We don’t use it to identify you or for advertising.
What you send us. If you email us or use a form on this site, such as a job application, we receive what you choose to share, like your name, email, phone number, state, and resume. Please don’t send health information through the website or by email; we’re glad to talk about what’s going on during your free call.
Booking and the Patient Portal
When you book a free call or sign in to the Patient Portal, you go to SimplePractice, the secure, HIPAA-compliant system we use to run our practice. Information you enter there is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices and SimplePractice’s own privacy policy, not this website policy.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t use advertising pixels, such as Facebook or TikTok pixels, on this website.
- We don’t share website data with advertisers.
Your choices
- Choose which cookies to allow in our cookie banner, and change your choice anytime from the banner’s settings.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we see adults ages 18 and up.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
