My Philosophy

Hello and warmest greetings! My name is Cheyenne, and I’m here to offer my services as an associate social worker right here in the heart of Southern California. It’s wonderful to have you here, and I want you to know that your courage in seeking support is truly valued. Whether you’re navigating personal hurdles, performance challenges, relationship issues, or matters of physical health, I truly commend your dedication to self-care and personal growth.

My journey across diverse settings, spanning from eating disorder clinics and community mental health centers to hospice care, has deepened my understanding of the multifaceted challenges individuals may have confronted. Above all else, my experience as a collegiate athlete in track and field has sparked a passion in me to raise awareness in support of athlete mental health and wellness, especially under the pressures of peak performance. This involvement has been invaluable in helping me understand and support athletes as we’ll navigate through life's complexities together.

With you at the center of treatment, I’ve crafted an approach designed to meet your unique needs. Grounded in evidence-based practices, our sessions together aim to build practical skills and strategies through a performance focused lens. These tools are meant to empower you to navigate life’s hurdles, whether personal or competitive, with resilience. Fostering a strengthened self-confidence and positive sense of self throughout the process.

It is both an honor and a privilege to accompany your path towards self-discovery and healing. My commitment to you is to provide a safe, compassionate, and growth-oriented space where we can explore your unique experiences and work towards achieving your goals whether mental, emotional, or physical. I look forward to the possibility of working together and embarking on this transformative journey to unlocking your potential.
