Navigating relationship hurdles or managing life’s daily pressures can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the people who matter most. I work with motivated individuals, working professionals, and adult couples who are ready to break through communication barriers, rebuild trust, and find relief from anxiety.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on the core relational patterns and emotional dynamics at play. I lean heavily into Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples and individuals heal attachment wounds and deepen connection, while integrating practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques when working with individuals to reframe anxious thoughts and build actionable coping tools.
My approach is attentive, warm, and grounded in practicality. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a professional data privacy consultant in the corporate sector. That background gives me a distinct understanding of the fast-paced, high-stress environments many working professionals navigate daily.
Just as in privacy work, therapy requires creating a deeply secure, intentional space - one where you can safely unpack complex challenges, feel truly heard, and develop sustainable tools for growth.
Whether we are working to repair trust in your relationship or helping you find your footing through a major life transition, our work together will be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique goals.
More About Leon
Outside the office, Leon stays grounded through a mix of active pursuits and simple pleasures. You can usually find him weightlifting at the gym, exploring new hiking trails, traveling, or hosting board game and video game nights with friends. At home, he loves cooking up new recipes and spending quality time with his two cats. One of his absolute favorite grounding rituals is handwashing the dishes - a simple, therapeutic reset at the end of a busy day.
